Doug's House is a five-bedroom residential hospice for people in the final stages of AIDS. Short-term intensive respite care is also provided on a space-available basis.
Roosevelt Gardens is a transitional and permanent supportive housing program for individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS. Support services are offered on-site in a community atmosphere.
Community Housing provides scattered-site transitional housing for individuals and families with HIV/AIDS in the Greater Austin Metropolitan Area. Support services are offered through home visits by licensed social workers.
Highland Terrace is transitional housing for individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS. Support services are offered through home visits to this 8-unit apartment complex.
Top Drawer Thrift provides vouchers to other AIDS Service Organizations and their clients. Open to the public, Top Drawer also generates 20% of Project Transitions' annual revenue. All proceeds from the sale of donated merchandise benefit Project Transitions' programs and services. Located at 4902 Burnet Road, Top Drawer is open from 10a - 7p Monday through Saturday.
